Returns & Refund

1. Am I able to return products?

You may return or exchange most new, unused and unopened items within 15 days after receiving your order. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase or your purchase was damaged during shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to rectify the situation.  
To start a return, you can contact us at support@colikes.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Return shipping cost will be paid by us only if the return is a result of our error. 

2. How long does it take to receive my refund?

We will process your refund within 15 days after we receive the return. The refund will be issued to the payment method used to make the original purchase.

3. Do you charge a restocking fee?

No. But return shipping cost will be paid by yourself if the return is not a result of our error.

4. How long do I have to return an item?

You may return any items within 15 days after receiving your order. Please see our Refund Policy for conditions and instructions.
